MIXFLO is a sanitary heat exchanger tube made of a bundle of corrugated tubes set inside a shell and welded at both ends on the tube sheets. A dilation compensator is installed on the shell to prevent thermal stresses. The heat exchanger is entirely made in stainless steel, all parts in contact with the liquids are in AISI 316L, surface roughness is less than 0.8µm. Other materials available upon request. Hygienic version for CIP/SIP residue free washing, EHEDG and 3A certificate available Maximum pressure 10 bar, maximum temperature 184°C. Various types of connectors are available .
